I was out on Saturday weeding and replanting the planters on the corner of Gorsy Rd and Quinton Rd West. Cllrs Jane James and Deirdre Alden were also there, along with a team of local Conservative volunteers. We got a lot done and hopefully brightened up the place. I don't see the Labour Party doing much planting in Birmingham. Mind you, who would want their wilted roses, eh? Good to see a candidate with green fingers, Peter.
